What scares and troubles me most about this is that it doesn't surprise or shock me. We've come to accept these types of irrational rantings as normal. The only thing that scares me is the fact that he actually thinks this a logical solution to the perceived problem, and there are so many lemmings that will go along with his delusion. It's just sad that they have been allowed to go this far.

I just have to ask - when does it finally cross the line?
And the bitch of it is, if we get attacked, Obama's not doing his job. But if we don't get attacked, they say the same thing.
This is so far beyond the kinds of things that got people tagged as anti-American under Bush. Why is it OK to rant, incite, and misinform now? Because it's THEM doing it?
Sigh.

I must be too stupid to live because I didn't get it. I'm not sure what Jon Stewart's point was, and confused why Beck said that attacking the US is the last thing Bin Laden wants to do right now. I thought it's exactly what he wants to do. It seems like every other week, there's some news report of "threatened" attacks on the US.
I did, however, think that calling that guy "Santa's evil twin" was hysterical!!

And if that guy was interviewed by any other talk show host or any other network, O'reilly would be calling for a boycott of that show and/or network. I wonder if he'll even bring it up on his show. I think we know the answer to that one.

Wouldn't that have been considered treason at some point? Advocating the mass murder of innocent citizens just to prove his point? His point being that a terrorist attack is what we need to see just how vulnerable the current administration has made us? It's just beyond belief.

I really think Jon was going for a WTF reaction, not a laugh. As for Beck? He was not disagreeing with the guy - he was lamenting that bin Laden probably wouldn't do anything right now.

"Santa's Evil Twin" - that would really be hysterically funny if this weren't such a horrendous couple of jerks (sorry, couldn't use any of the other descriptive monikers I wanted to use) promoting terrorism and the destruction of US property and innocent lives. Freedom of speech shouldn't give you the freedom to be stupid!

Mm mm mm. Wow. Freedom of speech is a crazy thing sometimes.
You can tell that Jon is really, really angry about the whole thing, too. And he's right. I'd rather hear Jon's F-bombs than what that other guy had to say. Sheesh.
